Returns, Refunds And Exchanges Policy
At Glitz customer satisfaction is a high priority.

We operate a 14 Day "No quibble" Return Guarantee Policy,
which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have up to 14 Days to return the Item for a full refund or exchange, provided that the Item is collected/returned in its original Packaging and in an unused and resaleable condition.

If we collect/or you return the item, there will be No Charge.

If you order over the telephone or online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 Days from the date the items have been despatched.

Delivery Policy And Charges
All Deliveries are subject to Stock availability. Orders both UK and Worldwide are normally despatched within 5 Working Days, from date of Order. Deliveries to some Postcodes may be shorter.
Items may be Delivered by Courier or by Royal Mail.

The contents of your Order and your Delivery Postcode area will
determine which Delivery service you will be offered.

We accept Orders Worldwide, and there will be NO DELIVERY CHARGE for the UK or Worldwide for any Order.

Amend your Order
Should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 01908 505813 or emailing us at order@glitz.eu.com up until the point of its despatch to you or a Third Party.

Complaints Procedure
Please make any complaints in writing by email to
complaints@glitz.eu.com with your order number and as much detail as possible. We will aim to reply to all complaints within three working Days.
